Our offers in April 2026

2×2 free tickets are available exclusively for you for the concert "The Trumpet Shall Sound" on April 1, 2026 at 19:30 in the Small Hall of the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg.

The concert is a special occasion:
Prof. Matthias Höfs is celebrating his 25th anniversary at the Hamburg University of Music and Drama. Over many years, he has built up an internationally successful trumpet class, whose students and alumni today perform at the highest level worldwide.
In this concert, this outstanding class presents itself with students and graduates - with a program that impressively showcases the full variety of sounds and virtuosity of the trumpet. An evening that offers a special insight into the work and impact of this class, both artistically and personally.

Tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis:
The first two responses (registration deadline 29.03.) to the email address hochschulstiftung.supporter@hfmt-hamburg.de will each receive two tickets.

We cordially invite our supporters to a special insight into the artistic work at the Hamburg University of Music and Drama:

Experience a rehearsal of the university orchestra under the direction of Ulrich Windfuhr - and get a direct impression of the artistic development phase.

The focus will be on the world premiere of a new work by Gordon Kampe, written for soprano Michaela Kaune.

The result is three love songs for voice and orchestra, which meet a monumental work in the concert:Gustav Mahler's Symphony No. 6 . Kampe himself refers to this with a wink - and plays with the idea of the famous "hammer" that characterizes Mahler's work.

Date of the concert: April 13, 2026, https://www.hfmt-hamburg.de/hochschule/aktuelles/veranstaltungen/12534-2026-04-13-symphoniekonzert
(details of the rehearsal will be sent to you after registration)
